Welcome to Untrained Matriarch. By accessing or using this website, scheduling a service, or purchasing any product or program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

Untrained Matriarch (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides consulting services, digital tools, operational strategy resources, and educational materials. By using this website or booking any service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are over 18 years of age.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when completing any forms or scheduling sessions.

  • You understand that results may vary depending on your participation and implementation of recommendations.

2. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. All fees are listed in USD.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases, bookings, consulting sessions, strategy calls, audits, and digital products are non-refundable.

Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of participation

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend sessions

  • Dissatisfaction with content or outcomes

Digital products are considered “delivered” immediately upon purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations impact available booking slots. The following policy applies to all calls, audits, consultations, and services requiring scheduled time:

Cancellations 72–12 hours before your session

A 50% charge of the full service price will apply.
This amount will be automatically retained from your original payment.

Cancellations under 12 hours

100% of the service price is non-refundable.
This includes no-shows, same-day cancellations, or requests to reschedule within 12 hours of the appointment.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling follows the same time-window rules as cancellations.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your session without notice counts as a full-price cancellation.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital items (templates, checklists, guides, programs, downloads) are delivered electronically and considered fully consumed upon receipt. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including templates, PDFs, processes, frameworks, training materials, and branding—is owned by Untrained Matriarch.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or claim any content as your own.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Untrained Matriarch is not liable for:

  • Business outcomes

  • Financial results

  • Technical issues with third-party tools

  • Loss of data

  • Decisions made from recommendations

  • Delays or interruptions in service

Our services provide guidance and recommendations; implementation and results are your responsibility.
